How do iScripts get made?
As soon as you upload your script, our crack team will choose the best possible reader(s) to read that script professionally, taking into account any given instructions. With high quality equipment, the reader(s) records your script into an audio file which is then sent to one of our top-notch editors who will perform any necessary clean-up and send it on to our manager, who will upload the file and notify you that your iScript is ready for download. Who will be able to hear my iScript?
Only people that you personally invite through our Share page will be able to hear your iScript. You can also send the file yourself once it's on your computer. iScript.com initially makes the iScript available only to the person who ordered it. Any further distribution is your choice.

How do I share my iScript?
When your order is ready you will be directed to your iScript download page. Once there, you have the option to share your iScript with others. We highly recommend you listen to your whole iScript before sharing it with others.

What are iScript's shipping policies?
Electronic Delivery
When an iScript customer places an order for an iScript via the Internet, the product will be delivered electronically via an Internet download link on the delivery notification e-mail sent to the customer. All orders are processed upon receipt. The email will be sent to the email address that was provided by the customer in the order form. Customers are responsible for providing a correct, accessible and active email account to which the email confirmation will be sent. IScript.com, LLC is not responsible for non-delivery of the email due to incorrect email addresses, or inactive or inaccessible email accounts.

Physical Delivery
For physical shipment of the Free CD or Flash drive, the media usually will be shipped out within 24 hours of the upload of the iScript. For purchases that are uploaded on weekends (Sat and Sun) and Public Holidays, the product will be shipped out on the next business day from the upload. Shipping of the physical product is made through USPS. Customers must ensure that the delivery address they provided in the order form is complete and correct. Incomplete mailing address may result in the delay of shipping. Incorrect mailing address may cause the non-delivery of the product.

What are iScript's return policies?
Hard Copy Returns (MP3 Players, Flash Drives and CDs)
If you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to ask for a replacement within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers must return the original item to our office in order to get a replacement:

Products Delivered via Electronic Download
All services and goods provided and sold by iScript.com by means of electronic download to customers are not refundable. iScript.com may, at its sole discretion, allow refunds or free replacements in the event that a download is of less than appropriate quality. The refund request must be sent to our Order Department citing the reasons for the requested refund.

If there is a problem with the download, iScript.com, LLC may, at its sole discretion, send the customer a flash drive with the iScript audio file free of charge. We require an opportunity to work with our customers to solve the problem with their download prior to considering any refunds or Hard Copy deliveries. Where refunds are approved for completed electronic downloads, iScript.com, LLC will require an executed "Letter of Destruction" signed by the customer promising that the downloaded iScript has been deleted from the customer's system prior to any refund.

Can I get my script or screenplay abridged before the iScript is recorded?
Yes. We offer add-on services (including abridgement, chaptering, proofreading, and full text editing) for an additional cost.

What if I change my script or screenplay?
If you expect to change sections of your script, you should add chaptering to your original iScript. Then re-recording of just the changed chapter(s) is inexpensive.

Are iScripts "directed"?
No, our readers follow all the instructions you give to the best of their ability. iScripts are not meant to be used for entertainment but to help your script get heard.
